Jiangmen's ecological environment publicity and education position adds new member. Recently, 30 "Guangdong Environmental Education Bases" were selected and named by the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and our East Lake Park is on the list.

The East Lake Park, with a total area of about 570000 square meters, takes green ecology, natural landscape as the theme, and the southern "the township of the sunflower" as the feature. It integrates tourism, leisure, science popularization, and humanistic education, and is open for free. It receives more than 5 million tourists annually. Relying on the superior ecological environment, the geographical advantage of the city center, and the rich human and science resources in the park, the East Lake Park vigorously carries out red patriotism education and green ecological science and technology publicity activities with the theme of "forest city", "garbage classification" and "natural education", to create an atmosphere of "love the motherland, love the nature, and protect the environment" for a wide range of citizens, tourists, especially young people, and provide a good position for environmental education, It has been awarded the titles of Guangdong Popular Science Education Base, China Community e-Station for Popular Science, and Guangdong Garbage Classification Field Teaching Base. In the park, there are nine special plant science popularization parks, including tea garden, bamboo garden, rose garden, and plant science popularization garden, and five characteristic environmental education positions, including forest experience hall, garbage classification science popularization · experience hall, Bofu East Lake Children's Public Welfare Pleasant Reading Hall, and urban vegetable garden. The total area of the exhibition hall is 2200 square meters.
