Recently, the Provincial Manufacturing Development Annual Conference and the Guangdong Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises Summit released the 2022 Guangdong Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises Research Report. A total of 22 manufacturing enterprises in our city were selected.

The top 500 manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Province are the leaders of the manufacturing industry above designated size in the province, driving the development of the entire industry and industrial chain, and the main force for the stabilization and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry and regional economy in the province. According to the report, among the enterprises listed in our city this time, Guangdong Lingyizhi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Qianxin Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Asia-Pacific Senbo (Guangdong) Paper Co., Ltd., and Weida Paper (China) Co., Ltd. were among the 100 enterprises.

Since last year, our city has adhered to the principle of "building a strong city through industry and manufacturing", further promoted the "industrial revitalization" and "park reconstruction" projects, and accelerated the construction of a modern industrial system. From January to November last year, the added value of industries above designated size in our city was 123.449 billion yuan, of which the added value of advanced manufacturing industry above designated size contributed 65.3% to the growth of industries above designated size, and the added value of large enterprises above designated size contributed 60.2% to the growth of industries above designated size.

Up to now, our city has nearly 3000 industrial enterprises above the designated size, more than 2200 high-tech enterprises, and 15 state-level specialized "small giant" enterprises, which have been gradually cultivated to form a high-quality enterprise group.
