Recently, the donation ceremony of epidemic prevention materials sponsored by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the two new organization working committees of the Municipal Party Committee and co-organized by the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Municipal Red Cross Society was held at the Municipal Party and Mass Service Center. Thirteen caring enterprises and chambers of commerce in the city have donated epidemic prevention materials worth more than 500000 yuan. These materials will be quickly distributed to village (community) party organizations, township health centers, party members and the masses in difficulties and other front-line epidemic prevention units and key assistance targets to support epidemic prevention in rural areas.

As the Spring Festival approaches, the flow of people between urban and rural areas is increasing, which brings great challenges to epidemic prevention and control in rural areas. In order to alleviate the shortage of epidemic prevention materials in rural areas of our city, and to protect the life safety and health of rural residents to the greatest extent, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the two new organizations of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Municipal Red Cross Society jointly issued an initiative to call on enterprises and chambers of commerce to organize donations of epidemic prevention materials. In just a few days, 13 caring enterprises and chambers of commerce, including the General Chamber of Commerce of each county (city, district), the Meizhou Chamber of Commerce of Jiangmen City, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangmen Yiqigao Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., Jiangmen New Era External Preparation Co., Ltd., Heshan Shubaiya Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jinyoubei Health Products Co., Ltd., responded positively by donating medical N95 masks, disposable medical masks, hand sanitizer Ibuprofen tablets and other epidemic prevention materials.
